Are your plumbers licensed and insured?
Yes. Owner Kelly Caudel holds Texas Master Plumber License #M-36410, and we carry full general liability and workers’ compensation insurance (both through State Farm). Every plumber on our team is licensed or working under direct license supervision.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency plumbing call?
For true emergencies (active leaks, no water, sewage backups) we move as fast as we can, and same-day service is available in most cases. After hours, it’s easy to book online or use our AI answering agent to get on the schedule.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — we partner with GreenSky to offer financing on jobs over $1,000 with terms from 12 to 84 months. Pre-qualifying takes under 2 minutes and won’t affect your credit score.
What is the VIP Program?
Our VIP Members get an annual 65-point inspection, priority scheduling, 10% off every service, waived service fees, and transferrable protection if they sell their home. Members typically save more than the program costs in their first year.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Webster, TX and primarily serve the Bay Area: Clear Lake, League City, Friendswood, Pearland, Pasadena, Kemah, Seabrook, Texas City, La Porte, Deer Park, and surrounding communities.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We come out for a free on-site estimate and give you a flat-rate quote in writing before any work begins. We don’t price jobs over the phone — every home and problem is a little different, so we look first.
