A note from Kelly

“I built Alliance for the homeowner I want to be when I’m the one in the recliner.”

When I founded Alliance in 2002, I’d been a journeyman plumber for almost a decade — and I’d worked at three different shops that all had the same problem: the plumber in your house was rarely the plumber on the front of the brochure.

I wanted to build a company where the person on the truck was the person you’d want on the truck. Where the price you got quoted is the price on the invoice. Where if something goes wrong on the first warranty call, the owner is the one calling you back.

Twenty-four years later, we’re still small enough that I know every customer who comes through the door. If we ever get too big for that, I’m doing it wrong.
